About Sew Cute Doll Clothes

Sew Cute Doll Clothes was started quite accidentally in 1998. Amanda had received an American Girl Doll from her grandmother and soon needed to have an amazing wardrobe for Kirsten. I had been sewing since Jr. High and felt up to the task and got to work. As Amanda would go to her friend’s house with doll and clothing in tow I soon started to receive calls about where the clothing items came from. I started to sew for others and eventually threw my hat into the craft show circuit. I still enjoy creating great fashions for the dolls and now am inspired by my granddaughters Tinsley and Oakleigh to continue. I have branched into supplies for other crafters as well since I have had difficulty finding some needed items in the past.
